The cross is a symbol that even when things seem out of control, there is a God in heaven who is good and completely in control. Though things may seem out of control in our lives, the frantic Friday leads to the resurrection on Sunday! A lot of people want the resurrection but aren’t willing to go through the crucifixion to get it – you will go through tough times but b/c he lives, we come out the other side victorious!
